FAQ will try to quickly answer all of your important questions. On the page for the marriage license, you can apply for a license by mail. Please read below for the requirements.

Marriage License by Mail – Florida, requirements:

• Bride and groom MUST be 18 years of age or older
• Bride and groom MUST be from out of state (non-Florida residents)/ country
• Bride and groom MUST provide a copy of government photo identification (driver’s license, passport or military ID)
• If previously married, Bride and groom MUST provide the exact date of the ending of the last marriage
• Application and all documentation has to be submitted through WEDDINGS! by Susanne Lehmann. We will provide you with more detailed instruction upon request
• After receiving the marriage license from WEDDINGS! by Susanne Lehmann the marriage license and copies of your identification have to be notarized in front of a notary public in your county or country
• Application and payment have to be received 1 month prior to the wedding date. For international documentation this has to be a 2 month period
• All application fees and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Payments can be made by credit cards through paypal, international check, bank transfer or money order
